- If we are unable to connect a Buyer/you with a suitable Professional/service provider directly, we may share the All-Architecture information (including the Buyer’s name, email address, and phone number) with third-party aggregators who will try to match the Buyer with a relevant Professional/service provider.
- To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Service.
- To contact You: Reaching out to you via email, phone calls, SMS, or other forms of electronic communication, such as mobile app push notifications, regarding updates or information related to functionalities, products, or contracted services, including necessary or reasonable security updates.

Important: No calendar access or integration occurs until you complete the authorization process through the email link and calendar provider's OAuth screen. You maintain the right to decline the integration or revoke access at any time through your calendar provider's settings.

When you connect your Calendar, we request permissions to access, create, edit, and delete events in your calendar. These permissions are essential for delivering the following features:
- Access Events: View your calendar events to check for availability and avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Create Events: Add new events on your behalf based on confirmed bookings or appointments.
- Edit Events: Update existing events to reflect changes made through our platform.
- Delete Events: Remove events created by our platform if the booking is canceled or rescheduled.
2. Why We Need This Access
The requested access allows us to:
- Automatically block time slots in your calendar for confirmed appointment with customer.
- Synchronize schedules between our platform and your Calendar.
- Update or remove bookings as required to ensure your calendar remains accurate.
We only access and manage events relevant to our services and do not interact with events unrelated to the services you provide through our platform.

Scope of Data Access:
- We only access calendar data necessary for providing our services.
- Events created by us will include clear titles and descriptions for easy identification.
Data Security:
- All communication with Calendar is secured via industry-standard encryption protocols.
- We do not store your calendar events on our servers, except metadata (e.g., event titles, dates) required to manage your account effectively.
Data Sharing:
- We do not share your calendar data with any third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you.
Data Retention:
- Event-related data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request deletion of such data at any time.
